Main responsibilities职责描述：

Responsible for A&P and Solid  operations, and ensure all the activities are following the internal procedures in terms of safety, quality and energy saving.

负责组包装和固体生产操作，监督并确保部门所有活动符合公司安全、质量和节能的要求。

Production/ Quality生产/质量：

To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the approved process instructions in order to obtain the required quality;

         确保药品按照批准的工艺规程生产、贮存，以保证药品质量；

To ensure that the instructions relating to production operations are carried out strictly;

        确保严格执行与生产操作相关的各种操作规程；

To ensure that the batch production records and batch packaging records are evaluated and signed by an authorised person before they are sent to the Quality Management Department;

        确保批生产记录和批包装记录经过指定人员审核并送交质量管理部门；

 To ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment to keep them in good conditions;

         确保厂房和设备的维护保养，以保持其良好的运行状态；

To ensure that the appropriate qualifications and validations are done;

        确保完成各种必要的确认和验证工作；

To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of personnel related to production is carried out and adapted according to need.

       确保生产相关人员经过必要的上岗前培训和继续培训，并根据实际需要调整培训内容。

To review and approve process/operation procedures and other documents.

        审核和批准产品的工艺规程、操作规程等文件；

 The monitoring plant hygiene.

         监督厂区卫生状况；

The approval and monitoring of contract manufacture;

        批准并监督委托生产；

The retention of records;

         保存记录；

Monitor factors which may affect product quality.

         监控影响产品质量的因素。

Energy Saving节能

Support energy-saving projects and approve the scheme of energy saving.

支持节能项目的制定，并批准节能方案

Ensure the actions implemented in function.

确保节能计划项目在部门内的实施

Participate in internal and external audit of energy management system

参与能源管理体系的内、外部评审

HSE 环境、安全、职业健康

Ensure all the activities in solid& repackaging operations are following HSE requirements. HSE要求。 Create and implement HSE management objective, responsible for HSE training and evaluation of department level. HSE管理目标，负责部门级HSE教育和考核。 Attend daily +QDCI meetings and make sure the effective. +QDCI会议并确保其有效性。 Complete MSV monthly and record. MSV并记录。 Make department annual improvement plan(PASS) and ensure the implementation.  PASS）并确保其实施。

Set annual goal and review periodically. 。 Optimize the resources (human, equipment, capital) to maximize yield progression and efficiency. 。 SMS involvement and ensure 7+1 standards deployment in department as planed. SMS活动，确保7+1标准按计划在部门内实施。 Prepare annual departmental budget and manage spending accordingly. 。 People motivation and development, strengthen team building.

About you 任职资格:

• Experience工作经验:

• Require above 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or closely related industry. Manufacturing/Packaging line organization.

5 年以上药厂或相关行业生产或包装线管理经验

•  Soft skill通用技能:  

• Excellent problem-solving ,analytical and decision-making skilling;  Negotiation skill, effective communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to collaborate cross-fuctionally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good experience and understanding of leadership and management.

• Technical skill专业技能:

• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality assurance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or related major.

制药、化学或相关专业本科以上学历

• College degree or above in the field of medicine
