Position Title: New Products Launch Lead - Neurology and Rares diseases
Department: Specialty Care and Country Lead Canada

Reporting to Head of New Products Launch Specialty Care, this position is responsible for the preparation and execution of commercial market development and launch in Canada new assets such as neurology and rare disorders ones.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for new product launches, aligning with the company overall business objectives
Implement the roadmap for new product launches in neurology, rare diseases, rare blood disorders and other assets from the Specialty Care pipeline
Assess the value of the different markets and develop the business cases for the new products
Inform the key aspects of the go-to-market approach for an asset, considering the end-to-end needs of commercialization from pre-launch activities, and time of launch until it is delivered to the patient.
Identify critical success factors for launch and develop relevant engagement plans with tactics; drive implementation of the plan and monitor execution.
Generate key insights and develop strategic recommendations to advance market recognition along with measuring key performance indicators.
Align with Market Access & Public Affairs teams responsible for conducting payer market research and developing pricing models using competitive data and relevant analogs to recommend pricing options and strategies.
Partner with Market Access and GTMC Insight & Analytics teams to evaluate market trends and develop sensitivity models to maximize product access based on optimal price points.
Partner with global marketers and agencies to develop branded and unbranded campaigns and assets with a best-in-class omnichannel approach, underpinned by market analysis and competitive benchmarking to drive ROI.
Partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders such as medical, market access, go-to-market capability (GTMC), to prepare the market for upcoming launches.
Work in conjunction with global teams and align with the global marketing and launch strategies, ensuring that Canada is well represented.
Manage any related budgets, financial forecasts (in partnership with Finance and GTMC), and investment proposals needed.
About You:
Commercial and Business Acumen: Strong track record in the pharma/biopharma industry driving commercial success and launching new products. Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple products simultaneously.
Specialty Therapeutic Experience: neurology or rare diseases experience is a plus.
Relationship Management: Ability to work collaboratively, with strong organizational and operational skills. Ability to influence across all levels of the organization -
Data/Insights Driven decision maker: Able to distill large amounts of data and information to find the lead story and communicate it effectively to others.
Global Experienceand/or prior international assignment is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience with a previous experience on product launches.
Prior people management is required
