Reporting to the director of La Maison Sanofi, you will take responsibility for the technical service and new construction works. You will work in collaboration with a project manager who will report to you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the means and implement the process and actions necessary for the optimal operation of technical installations and proper building maintenance while ensuring their regulatory compliance
- Manage all activities related to maintenance and new construction works, in compliance with HSE rules, safety regulations, and economic imperatives
- Ensure residents' comfort through effective system management, optimized maintenance of installations, and careful handling of service requests
- Ensure optimal use of BMS and CMMS tools, particularly by developing preventive and predictive maintenance and energy optimization of systems
- Oversee the service provider company, conduct meetings, and follow up on activity reports with associated KPIs and scorecards
- Manage construction projects ensuring costs and deadlines while respecting fundamentals (HSE, expected quality...). Ensure proper maintenance of technical documentation (as-built documents...)
- Ensure the management and monitoring of WELL and LEED certifications
- Manage relations with the property owner for technical matters
- Contribute to the development of the activity budget and ensure its compliance. Be proactive in budget anticipation and optimization
- Integrate and develop digitalization in all technical activities and projects: document dematerialization, improvement of user experience, streamlining processes, and development of mobile solutions
- Manage and develop the internal technical team
- Participate in technical coordination meetings for tertiary sites & share best practices, experiences, projects
- Focus on improving user experience, develop Hospitality Management in line with the group approach
- Establish performance indicators to evaluate the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet the high requirements of the site
About You
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in technical project management and a thorough understanding of building technical systems (electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems)
- Professional Posture: Adopt exemplary professional attitude in all interactions, reflecting the company's values and the importance of service.
- Service Provider Management
- Reactivity, Flexibility, and Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to urgent and unforeseen requests while maintaining a high level of service. Ability to manage complex situations while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Service Mindset and Hospitality: Ensure a positive experience for all residents by integrating a service-oriented and hospitality approach in all processes.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and priority management. Have analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Certifications: Knowledge of certification systems.
- Education: Degree in engineering, computer science, project management, or related field (Master's degree or higher). Project management certification is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding environment or within a large company.
- Languages: Proficiency in technical English required to interact with various stakeholders.
