Job Title: CHC Global Logistics  Expert

Our responsibility relies heavily on 1) engineering processes toward more productive and lean version of them, 2) analyzing transport and warehouse cost and find lever to reduce the spend coupled with best in class logistic centric budget, 3) Optimize distribution network and flow 4) drive up 3PL & carrier performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute the Logistics & Distribution strategy in line with the CHC roadmap.
• Program management: Lead global transformation program in transportation and warehousing.
• KPI & Analytics: Create and deploy KPIs for service, cost, and sustainability; manage global data models and dashboards.
• Process Design: Identify and leverage industry best practices to enhance process productivity . .
• Loss Analysis: Conduct VSM workshops to identify risks and improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions.
• Digital Tools Management: Maintain and enhance logistics digital tools (WMS, TMS, ERPs, Control Tower) using new technologies.
• Automation: Drive automation and simplification of logistics models through digital solutions.
• Community Engagement: Foster engagement within the CHC Logistics & Distribution community for new processes and practices.
• Transportation & warehouse cost reduction: Analyze logistics costs, identify gaps, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Distribution Network Design: Design supply networks, including warehouse count & locations, transport flow optimization, and distribution channels design (direct, wholesaler).
• Budget Management: Deploy mathematical budget framwork, by disnging user input, and formulas to calculate the budget dynamically.

About You:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience: Over 5 years in logistics program management with analytics proven experienc.
• Skills: Proficient in process and flow analysis, program management,  KPI definition & implementation, process engineering, automation, good distribution practices, budgeting and logistic cost reduction acumen
• Communication: Strong ability to educate organizations, drive change, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French/Spanish is a plus.
