You'll drive digital transformation of tax accounting and statutory reporting processes while ensuring robust governance and risk management.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the A2R Core Model for direct and indirect tax compliance and statutory reporting, driving standardization and automation
• Lead digital transformation of tax accounting and statutory reporting processes, including implementation of specific automation tools and real-time reporting solutions
• Partner with Global Tax team to ensure alignment of processes with group tax strategy and contribute to tax risk management framework
• Conduct external benchmarking to maintain best-in-class status and implement industry-leading practices
• Lead A2R projects across all regions, developing business cases and managing implementation timelines and resources
• Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies to support tax compliance and reporting processes
• Spearhead change management efforts and deliver training programs to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies

About you

Experience:

• Extensive background in Account-to-Report processes with strong focus on international tax compliance and reporting within a multinational organization
• Proven track record of successful global tax process implementations
• Experience with tax data analytics and tax technology implementation
• Knowledge of tax implications in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring is advantageous

Technical skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing principles, and tax reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI, SAP S4/HANA
• Experience with tax compliance solutions (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, Vertex)
• Strong understanding of VAT/GST systems and indirect tax compliance processes
• Proficient in tax reporting, e-filing systems, and tax data analytics tools
• Familiarity with Blackline or similar close management tools Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional tax certifications such as CPA, ACCA, Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), or Advanced Diploma in International Taxation
• Master's degree in Taxation or MBA is a plus

Languages:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus
