Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:
Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global
Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency
Sanofi Greater China is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful organization, adapting the constantly and proactively the resources to the environmental changes
The FFE Field BP serves as a strategic partner to Zone Directors, providing data-driven insights, business analysis, and operational support to optimize field force effectiveness and drive business performance across assigned territories
Main responsibilities:
1. Territory & Target Management
Lead following FFE tasks execution within ZDs from process & data support perspective including
Target hospital management
Target customer management
Territory alignment
Target setting
Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency
2. Business Analysis & Insights
Routine business performance tracking and insights generation: Track business performance and generate insights via dashboards for data-driven decisions
Market intelligence analysis support: Analyze market intelligence, including competitive dynamics and trends, to support strategic decision-making
PST project: Coordinate PST processes, assess effectiveness, and align with Zone Director to ensure cohesive execution
Customer engagement analysis and insights: Analyze customer engagement performance to identify aeras for improvement and drive effective execution
ZD business management agenda support
3. Business Operations Facilitation
Business health monitoring and improvement, such as sales forecast accuracy tracking and driving the improvement, target - setting behaviors management
Validate the incentive and appeal for reasonableness, and efficiently advance the follow-up resolution process
Other operation insights generation
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Support process improvement initiatives
Provide analysis and data support to ZDs per request
About you
Education:
·Minimum bachelor’s degree
·Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
·At least 5 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
·Solid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks and in-depth understanding in the environment and operation of field team in the China pharmaceutical industry
·Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
·Strong capability in Excel modelling and PowerPoint Presentation
·Ability to solve difficult and changing situations and influence senior management
·Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way
·Good command of written English, communication verbal English
