Main Responsibilities

• Supporting campaigns and projects: assist in creating, coordinating, and rolling out local marketing and digital initiatives that align with Sanofi’s strategy
• Contributing to communications: help prepare engaging content (presentations, newsletters, social media materials) that connect with both internal and external audiences
• Organizing events and meetings: take part in planning and running team activities, workshops, or external events that bring colleagues and partners together
• Data & insights: collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and show impact from projects
• Collaboration & cross-learning: work closely with colleagues from different teams and functions, experiencing firsthand what it’s like to be part of an international, matrix organization
• Continuous improvement: share fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and suggest new ways of working to make our processes smoother and more impactful

About you

We are looking for motivated and curious students who:

• Are currently enrolled in a university program (life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related fields)
• Are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute – and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Have good communication skills and are comfortable expressing ideas in both Swedish and English
• Enjoy working with digital tools, social media, and data, and can adapt quickly to new systems (experience in MS Office 365 is a plus)
• Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented
• Are excited about building networks and learning in an international environment
• Can commute easily to the Stockholm office
