·Deliver product supply volumes on-time and in-full, safely and in full compliance with quality requirements

·Ensure operations and projects are executed within budgeted P&L and in alignment with M&S global standards and Sanofi's internal policies

·Define required projects to deliver Sanofi strategy on site, then deliver these projects on-time and in-budget, including launch activities, in partnership with MSAT and Engineering

·Drive a continuous improvement mindset, performance plan on site, leveraging fully the support of

Act as 1st accountable for the security management of psychotropic drugs, designate or authorize a security management responsible person to organize and establish a security management system for psychotropic drugs.

Accountable for plant people training and development.

Accountable for correct implementation to all operation strategy as well as capital investment cycle.
