AsHead of Sales Vaccines Germany, you'll lead two sales force lines (Adult & Paediatric) to achieve ambitious targets and strengthen the market position of the product portfolio in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Medical. Reporting to the General Manager Vaccines, you'll shape sales strategy, drive customer-centric field force alignment, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring life-saving vaccines to millions. Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop two sales force lines (100+ FTEs) to achieve national sales targets and maximize market impact across a six-product portfolio
  • Design and implement customer-centric sales strategies based on segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel communication plans
  • Analyze field force performance at national and regional levels, developing actionable measures to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and adjust incentive plans that align with product strategies and motivate field teams to excel
  • Drive digital transformation in customer communication and field force management through innovative tools and systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as a key member of the Vaccine Leadership Team to shape strategy and planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while ensuring market knowledge stays current

About you

  • Degree in Business Administration or Natural Science with proof of expertise according to §75 AMG
  • Proven experience leading and managing pharmaceutical sales teams with a track record of achieving results
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Extensive experience in motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals
  • Ability to drive digital transformation and implement innovative approaches to customer engagement
  • Ability to shape Go-to-Market models within the Vaccines business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a persuasive leadership style
  • Fluent in English and German (at least intermediate level) with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
