Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Tech Expert to join our Digital Technology Messaging and Collaboration team. This role will be a technical specialist in Messaging and Collaboration technologies including Email (Microsoft Exchange on premise and online), Messaging security, Microsoft Office 365, and other collaboration solutions globally. The candidate will possess strong design, implementation and support skills with the ability to identify, optimize and implement change within the global Sanofi landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Function as a primary Subject Matter Expert for and lead the management and integration of Messaging and Collaboration products and critical security services globally. Proactively focus on product and service improvement, identifying key areas for enhancement across Operations, Support, Engineering, and Architecture. Identification of and design of service optimization possibilities (automation and or process improvements) to streamline legacy manual processes and procedures. Interact with all areas and levels of Sanofi Business units to provide value-driven guidance and support on Messaging and Collaboration focused Products. Align solutions with customer needs and expectations, focusing on security, reliability, and process improvement (Automation). Design, plan, and implement key business-critical Messaging and Collaboration solutions, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations. Collaborate closely with CyberSecurity and its SOC team as a key customer, maintaining a strong level of security and management of security incidents within the Messaging and Collaboration Manage and coordinate complex digital-related issues from identification to resolution, partnering with key areas of the Sanofi organization. Facilitate ongoing interactions with operational teams, providing guidance and support where required. Apply strong troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve escalated issues. Manage vendor and third-party relationships. Develop documentation for detailed technology implementations. Create policies and standards to implement best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing enterprise-level solutions.

Technical Skills:
Microsoft Exchange (online and On-Premise)
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Office 365
Windows server technologies
VMWare
Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, or similar email cyber security SPAM filtering and protection solutions
Email to Fax solutions
Scripting skills in PowerShell and Automation building in Power BI is a plus.
