• Ensure the site’s activities compliance to all relevant Environment & Sustainability regulations and standards (local, state, and company). Support the HSE Head to maintain the environment permits.​Serve as the primary point of contact with site related environmental regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.

• Lead local HSE management system and local HSE documentation in alignment with Global guidances.
• 领导工厂 HSE 管理系统和本地 HSE 文件，使其符合集团指导方针。
• Monitor/Report Environment & Sustainability local performance and trend (incl culture maturity index) to the SLT and above the site senior management to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.​

向 SLT 及以上级别的工厂高级管理层监控/报告环境和可持续性本地绩效和趋势（包括文化成熟度指数），以确定趋势、评估绩效并做出数据驱动的决策。

• Develop and implement site plans in alignment with Sanofi Environment & Sustainability Planet Care policies (Eco-Design, Climate change, waste circularity, water stewardship, Biodiversity…).

根据赛诺菲环境与可持续发展政策（生态设计、气候变化、废物循环、水资源管理、生物多样性……）制定和实施工厂计划

• Conduct assessments and mitigate environmental impacts associated with the site’s operations: Identify, assess and manage environmental impacts and opportunities.

进行评估并减少与工厂运营相关的环境影响：识别、评估和管理环境影响和机遇。

• Monitor the environmental performance of the site and oversee the monitoring of environmental parameters, such as air pollution, water and wastewater quality, waste management, and GHG emissions.

监测工厂的环境绩效并监督环境参数的监测，例如空气污染、水和废水质量、废物管理和温室气体排放。

• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of the site, including Eco-design, water stewardship, waste, Biodiversity, …. Support the engineering team to optimize the use of the resources and reduce the site’s environmental footprint (Energy, PIE, Water efficiency roadmap, etc).

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in environmental practices and process improvements to maintain a competitive edge.

• Leads investigations into environmental severe impacts, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

领导对环境严重影响、事故和险情的调查，以确定根本原因并实施纠正措施以防止再次发生。

• Lead & promote proactive HSE Culture on environmental topics by developing and delivering training programs on Environment & Sustainability for all employees and stakeholders to guarantee that all employees have the knowledge and capabilities needed for their tasks.

• Engage with environmental external experts (consulting, academies, labs, …) to ensure that the site have all the environmental capabilities in line with the site responsibilities on environmental topics.

• Lead the development and implementation of HSE excellence and project management strategies, and standards across the site organization in alignment with the company CBNs & roadmaps.

• In charge of site Security management, include site protection and information protection.

负责工厂安防管理，包括工厂安防流程和信息保护等。

• Keep good communication with Sanofi HSE and Security network, 3rd parties and external authorities.

保持与集团HSE和集团安全部，第三方服务机构以及政府部门的良好沟通。

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years related working experience in HSE and security management.

工作经验:最少10年HSE和安保管理相关经验。

• Soft skill:

teamwork spirit, basic interpersonal skill, communication skill, problem solving skill

• Technical skill:
  • Master level of proficiency in term of management system, regulatory knowledge, audits and Environmental sustainability.​

• Strong abilities to coach and animate to drive transformation and HSE performance.

具有很强的指导和激励能力，以推动转型和 HSE 绩效。​

• Education: College degree education or above, with major on safety, environment, pharmaceutical, or related.

教育背景: 专科及以上学历，安全、环保、制药或相关专业。

• Languages: Good at reading & writing, hold CET4 and other language certificate is preferred

语言要求: 读写熟练，或持有大学英语四级或以上相关英文证书。
