Warehouse mgmt:仓库管理
1.    Conduct regular tasks of Sanofi warehouse incl. receipt of goods, booking in, put-away, internal supply, shipping activities, invoice preparation, and inventory accuracy. Work as an effective team member in conjunction with other team members

2.    Warehouse and inbound: Perform technical, administrative, or operational warehouse/inbound tasks efficiently and safely, following guidelines, instructions, and procedures in a cGMP environment.

3.    Outbound; Prepare, select, and make available materials and goods for distribution and transport.

4.    Documentation: Ensure proper documentation inline with cGMP standard as well as correct input data into Systems as applicable.

5.    Supply critical materials to ensure production continuity

6.    Operate all powered handling equipment in warehouse – forklift, inverters, stretch-wrap machine and hand tools in a safe manner

1.    performs all operational aspects of the Warehouse function in accordance with Sanofi SOP’s and cGMP.

1.    Sole accountable for the master data values owned and he entered in workflows, according to site Master Data governance.

2.    The DCO is documenting the way and potential calculation to determine Master Data Values they own. Defining and documenting data values. Entering data into structured workflows

3.    DCOs are responsible for ensuring that the value of the Master Data they own adhering to business rules:

5.    Contributes to Master Data CI loop in coordination with Master Data Stewards and the Data & Process Manager.

6.    The DCO collaborates with Data Stewards for:

•    GMP Warehousing Experience: Two to three years of experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) warehousing.

•    Material Handling: Ability to operate a variety of materials handling machinery and common warehouse equipment.

•    Warehouse Software Knowledge: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, with some competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

•    cGMP Procedures: Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) related to warehousing.
