Communication Coordinator CSR Project Manager

Position Title:Corporate Communication and CSR Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to be employed in Communication Department, based in Istanbul. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic planning, in line with Sanofi Turkey’s vision and business objectives, plan and execute the external communication strategies and activities, to conduct stakeholder management and implement social responsibility projects in line with corporate criteria for external stakeholders
• Provide participation of all related departments to the process. Manage communication objectives determined in the context of this planning, related to strengthening and maintaining Sanofi Turkey’s corporate reputation
• Prepare and execute the Strategic Communication Plan where yearly communications objectives are determined in line with vision and business objectives using all relevant media and channels
• Build Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, in line with company’s global CSR strategies and priorities, plan and report corporate social responsibility projects that would create added value for the image and reputation of the company.  Ensure employee engagement on CSR
• Develop, manage, and communicate externally corporate social responsibility report to create added value for the image and reputation of the company
• Strengthen company image and reputation among key external stakeholders
• Manage Sanofi Internet website (prepare content and keep the site updated) in terms of content, technical infrastructure, and creative work
• Manage, maintain, develop, and execute moderation on corporate social media accounts, integrate new potential channels and social media where relevant, in terms of content, technical infrastructure and creative work
• In case of crisis, participate in the crisis team to assist the team in determining and realising actions related to external communications
• Plan and implement press activities like press tours, conferences, interviews and press releases. Supervise external diffusion of Corporate news and press releases  
• Take role in determining policies and SOP’s related to communication; prepare and publish them, together with related parties, if any
• Prepare monthly/yearly communications report required by corporate or management together with the Communications Team Plan and implement product PR activities in cooperation with related medico-marketing teams in line with regulations
• Plan and implement awareness campaigns on therapeutic areas in cooperation with related medico marketing teams
• Supervise, control and provide training on the appropriate use of the corporate brand and all the corporate identity guidelines
• Plan and manage department budget together with Communications Team
• Monitor media to follow all articles and news which can affect the company and the pharmaceutical sector. Inform related departments proactively on issues that require action

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree/ Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Similar experience, preferably in healthcare industry would be an asset
• 7 – 10 years of experience in Communication environment department
• Strong stakeholder management
• Able to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment
• Outstanding process and project management skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
