Developing globally scalable AI and machine learning solutions that help us get new clinical products to patients faster and more efficiently.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end Visual Analytics solutions to align with business requirements.
• Ensure the understandability, usability, and user-friendliness of visual analytics solutions by implementing design best practices and challenging user requirements proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Product owners, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and System Administrators to ensure high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability of solutions post-deployment.
• Build, test, validate, and demonstrate analytical models for informed decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards presenting strategic, operational, and tactical views of various metrics.
• Stay updated on company standards, industry practices, and emerging standards to inform the development of business analytics strategies, roadmaps, and BI solutions.

About you

• Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in a Data Visualization role with evidence of successful interactive visualization delivery.
• Technical skills: Hands-on expertise in developing Power BI solutions and dashboards (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) and proficiency in UX Design, familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate low-code development, Agile development processes, and DevOps methodologies/principles, experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and in developing advanced-level calculations and DAX queries.
• Soft skills:Exhibit problem-solving abilities and innovative solution implementation skills, possess excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence, actively listen, and negotiate within team settings.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Languages: Fluency in English.
