Sanofi’s General Medicines Digital Healthcare Team conducts cutting-edge research in the health care space and incubates data-driven digital solutions which aim to improve patients’ health outcomes, clinicians’ experience, and reduce health care costs. We are actively incubating multiple concepts to improve the lives of patients globally, and we are seeking the best and the brightest to join this journey and change healthcare for all.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we have reached an agreement with the Ministry of Health to run a two-year long pilot of a holistic drug agnostic diabetes management program in five different public diabetes centers focusing on medication adherence and persistence aiming at demonstrating clinical and organizational benefits of a holistic drug agnostic program, that includes special focus on involvement of informal (family) caregivers to help patients. The program is being executed in a co-creation and partnership mode where Sanofi acts as an integrator and an overall provider of the program, utilizing the best available resources in the local market.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

  • Organize and drive execution of Digital Healthcare program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION

  • The mission is to organize and execute launch and operational running of a holistic diabetes management program focused on medication adherence/persistence in Saudi Arabia in 2024

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • The scope of responsibility is two-fold:
    • Be the product owner on the ground, working closely with global product and experience teams adjusting global vision and product design to the specifics of local partners (5 public diabetes centers under Ministry of Health)
    • Be the program implementation manager on the ground, planning and coordinating execution of the launch and later running of the pilot program, working closely with local affiliate teams, global program management, business development and strategy teams, external diabetes centers teams, tech and coaching partner teams and relevant teams at the Saudi Ministry of Health
  • Plan and organize local execution, including roadmaps, roles and responsibilities, progress management and reporting, in close coordination with global program management
  • Organize local program/product management feedback loop to ensure timely changes to program/product design
  • Manage the program autonomously with all relevant stakeholders locally and coordinate effectively with local and global teams, ensuring overall alignment and consistency
  • Report and escalate on time to the relevant management layers to ensure the program delivers on time, scope and budget and proactively address issues
  • Provide information for management by building and maintaining progress tracking reports
  • Work closely with local teams of technology and coaching partners from both product development and commercial perspectives in order to execute the program

WHO WILL YOU REPORT TO

  • Will report to the Regional Manager
  • Will work together with Global DHC Portfolio Manager and the KSA Digital Healthcare Lead as well as the Global Development and Experience Leads

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Location: Riyadh (preferred) or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • Language capabilities: bi-lingual or fully proficient in English and Arabic
  • Relevant experience in KSA: at least 5 years
  • Skills:
    • complex multi-stakeholder project management in the Middle East
    • digital services deployment (preferably healthcare related, but fintech, insurtech or edtech would also be highly relevant)
    • customer (end user, as a priority) experience orientation and knowledge
    • strong interpersonal and interorganizational communication skills
