Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Overall responsible for modelling system (AIMMS), build models to address SC/distribution challenges, define and implement the appropriate analytical solution to deliver results.
• Translate data into information and insights for decision making with clear scenario analysis and execution plan to drive result.
• Review and validate data, build and validate models, run scenarios, and communicate the ideas and solutions of predictive and prescriptive modelling.
• Lead or participate in local and global simplification and optimization projects in the fields of logistics, order to cash and supply chain planning for both ML China and HK/TW (Greater China). 
• Collaborate with other supply chain functions and digital team to build the best algorithm in the digital tool (eg. Control Tower) to meet customers’ requirements.
• Act as a facilitator to promote, train lean methodology within supply chain organization and to improve the outcomes of operational process via Kaizen Events to improve efficiency, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement projects to bring it from concept into reality.
• Leverage knowledge from outside and ensure a sustainable implementation and knowledge transfer within Supply Chain, locally or globally.

• 提供结构化分析来识别绩效改进机会并推动持续改进项目，将机会点从概念变为现实。
• 利用外部知识，确保本地或全球供应链内的可持续数字化项目实施和知识转移。

About you 任职资格:

• Experience:

• >5 years’ experience in Supply chain /Business analysis/ industry engineering/ or supply chain consulting.
• Experience in a consulting role to offer advice and expertise to their clients in the fields of supply chain planning, logistics and order management, digital operation and strategic planning is a plus.
• Experience in working in a regional background (eg. Greater China) is a plus.

• Networking, negotiation skill, ability to influence upwards and make recommendations for changes.
• Demonstrate Project management/process improvement skills.
• Advanced Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, would be a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Open-minded, learning agile and well-receptive to the way Sanofi is operation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English.

• Strong understanding of Statistics or advanced analytics as applied to business data analysis.
• Experience in modelling and simulation tools (e.g. AIMMS, ILOG) or Optimization solutions (e.g. Llamasoft) is a plus.
• Experience in modelling and simulation required – in supply chain, distribution or transportation planning.
• Advanced PPT and project management tools and techniques.

• Master degree or above is a plus.
• Professional certification in APICS CPIM / CSCP preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

• 硕士及以上学历优先。
• 有 APICS CPIM / CSCP 专业认证者优先。
