Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Execution of Tasks 执行工作

• Perform all logistics-related tasks according to relevant procedures (SOPs and WIs), guidelines, and instructions.
• Organize and coordinate international transport based on transport forms (e.g., temperature-controlled shipments, hazardous goods, products of animal origin).

• Primary technical subject matter expert on Import / Export requirements 主要的进出口技术专家

• Responsible for the identification, collection and coordination of all necessary & required data elements and documentation for compliant, prompt, and effective export and customs entry of international cargo.
• Review transactional import and export documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met.

• Resolve shipments with complex customs issues.解决复杂的清关问题

• Liaise with logistics service providers, customs brokers and carriers to ensure shipments are processed to all customs requirements according to applicable guidelines.
• Liaise with customs brokers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to resolve custom related exceptions, acquire the required documentation to release these from customs hold.

• Construct the trade compliance system of site 建立工厂贸易合规体系

• Develop Lead Customs/Trade Compliance guide to ensure all exports and imports flow successfully through customs.
• Ensure site activity is in alignment and compliance to corporate processes.
• Identify and implement projects and processes to improve compliance processes with brokers, clients and across the network.
• Maintain the sites Known Consignor status, C-TPAT status and attain AEO status for the site.

• Experience:

5+ years’ experience in trade compliance or related discipline. Knowledge of global customs fundamentals classification, valuation, country of origin, record keeping requirements, etc. Prior Customs Brokerage experience a plus.
