Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Convert firm planned orders into process orders in the frozen horizon.
• SAP的firm planned orders转换成process orders
• Sequence firm planned orders considering availability of all materials (0-3Months)
• firm planned orders的计划（0-3个月内）
• Batch allocation based on quality/regulatory feedback

• Cooperation with manufacturing to ensure process order are properly executed, released, closed

• Monitor daily variation & re-scheduling
• Ensuring that SMS2.0 standards are applied
• SMS2.0标准流程工作
• Schedule adherence and Root Cause Analysis and follow-up on actions plan
• Handshakes in place and Cross-Functional collaboration, with all different functions (prod/quality/GSP/ flow C/material planner/eng…)
• GSP、flow controller、物料管理等
• Feedback on execution of plan, propose levers to improve stability
• Review monthly Process output, with GSP to align scheduling accordingly
• GSP确认中长期生产计划
• Implement strong weekly/daily process

• Production execution flow (0-3m) 管理0-3个月的生产计划执行

• Manage Flow Execution: Oversee key steps in the Level 1 operating unit, projecting lead times for product documentation, testing, and release activities.

• Consolidating Site E2E lead times and step deadlines together with Level 2 leadership

• Coordinate release Planning and Prioritization: Manage batch prioritization and release planning based on market needs, ensuring FIFO at the final step

• Coordinating with FaCT participants to make sure each step is completed in time by operations

• Identify factors causing schedule instability, propose corrective actions

• Provides feedback to the APU in case of recurring issues on satisfying the demand

• Escalate Flow Issues: Monitor daily flow in FACT, addressing backlog issues, and escalating to leadership when necessary

向上汇报流程问题：监控FaCT数据，解决积压问题，并在必要时上报给领导层

• Stock policies and inventory optimization 库存政策和库存优化

• Collaborates with Product Leaders to ensure product demand is met and identifies risks of out of stock.

与产品负责人合作确保产品需求被满足；识别缺货风险。

• Ensures that stocks policies given by product leader are applied and target stock coverage for each product are applied

确保产品负责人制定的目标库存被执行

• Based on inventory targets: defines Target WIP and Target Throughput together with Warehouse, etc. of the final step of APU

About you 任职资格:

• Experience:

More than 5 years working experiences in Supply Chain & Material Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Profound knowledge in supplier management.

• Soft skill: Excel, word, SAP

• Technical skill: Read English – good.
