Our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Quality Digital Solutions team plays a pivotal role in Sanofi’s journey of digital transformation. We design and implement innovative, compliant digital solutions to simplify and standardize quality processes across the organization.

From Quality Management Systems to advanced analytics, our team ensures the seamless integration of digital tools into global quality operations, helping us leverage data, KPIs, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and compliance.

As an Manufacturing & Supply Chain Quality Digital Solutions expert, you’ll contribute to our quality transformation and digitalization projects, ensuring the successful delivery of compliant, user-friendly solutions. Working closely with Global Business Process Owners (BPOs) and cross-functional teams, you’ll be instrumental in modernizing our processes at the manufacturing shopfloor level.

Main responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Execute global digital quality projects aligned with predefined strategies and processes
• Support risk assessment, user story scripting, UAT execution, defect management, and training delivery
• Collaborate with digital and partner teams for seamless execution

Deployment and Process Transformation

• Facilitate process transformation and user adoption of new digital tools
• Provide daily operational support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate quality events when necessary
• Ensure consistent and compliant use of solutions across the organization

Lifecycle Management & Value Realization

• Manage the system lifecycle, addressing deviations, incidents, and changes
• Support the measurement of implementation impact using KPIs defined with the Performance Team and BPOs

About you

Experience:

• Expertise in quality operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing, including serialization, batch release, and traceability processes
• Proven experience managing digital projects in an agile environment

Skills:

• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Results-oriented, with a collaborative and detail-focused mindset
• Passion for digitalization and data-driven solutions
• Familiarity with GxP requirements, validation processes, and data integrity principles

Education:

• Background in technical/scientific fields or data management.

Language:

• Proficient in professional English.
