As aRegulatory Affairs Coordinator, you'll work at the heart of this mission—partnering with cross-functional teams to support the management of regulatory activities, including product registrations and marketing authorizations across multiple countries. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to make a real difference, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Be the Regulatory Backbone: Play a key role in preparing and managingregulatory documents for product renewals, registrations, and variations. Your work ensures that our products reach consumers safely and efficiently!
Streamline Administrative Processes: From gathering approvals to organizing key meetings, your support will be instrumental in ensuring smooth communication across departments and affiliates.
Prepare Renewal Dossiers: Collect essential documents, organize data, and ensure that everything’s in order to keep our product licenses up-to-date.
Assist with Labeling Variations: Identify which countries are impacted, request translations, gather approvals, and coordinate document dispatching.
Collaborate and Coordinate: Work alongside teams inScientific Affairs, regulatory experts, and affiliates across the globe to ensure seamless regulatory processes.
About You:
You have1-2 years of experience in aRegulatory Affairs or international environment.
You’re tech-savvy with strong skills inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any experience with Vault RIM or Vista is a plus!
You’re well-organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of the big picture.
You’re curious, flexible, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
You’re a team player, ready to contribute and adapt to changing needs.
You hold aMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
Languages: You’re fluent inEnglish and have at least aB1 level in French.
