iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Join our Global Regulatory Services Hub as Team Coordinator and you’ll work very closely with the Excellence Head and Head of the Global Regulatory Services Hub in implementing procedures and ways of working regarding the interaction and cooperation of the different teams within the hub. In addition, you’ll be providing confidential, professional high level administrative and coordination support to the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Hub, to the Budapest Center’s Managements and Transversal Functions.

Main responsibilities:

• Supports the GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs) Hub in establishing and implementing efficient ways of working across the different teams within the hub and within the entire GRA organization from an operational point of view.
• Supports the preparation, coordination, and communication of the Continuous Improvement framework for the GRA Hub.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of the operating model for the GRA Hub from an administrative perspective.
• Organizes visits and meetings of the GRA Hub & coordinates the newcomer Buddy program (forms community, best practices, improved process, and onboarding experience).
• Supports the budget planning for the GRA Hub & update of the webpage/SharePoint for the GRA Hub.

About you

Experience:

• 1 – 2 years in pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Highly accountable and well-organized.

Education:

• Master’s degree preferably in degree in Life Science / Pharmacy / Business Administration, Engineering.

Languages:

• Fluency in English language.
