Main responsibilities:

• Achieve established sales objectives.
• Responsible for designing plans according to the nature of the channels (Distributor Chains), ensuring not only the achievement of expected sales but also their financial viability
• Ensure the correct understanding of brand communication at the point of sale as a result of collaborative work between Brand, shopper, trade & clients.
• Ensure the design of brand account standards in pharmacy chains and retail according to formats.
• Utilize constant information about the competition and their strategies carried out in this segment, their achievements, displacements, to develop sales strategies.
• Together with the strategic function of the commercial leader, create and ensure the implementation of action plans at each account level
• Responsible for providing the monthly sales forecast together with Commercial Lead, Brand & innovation team ensuring to reflect all changes related to the business, as well as informing about opportunities and risks
• Ensure the competitiveness of the Trade M team by retaining, developing, and increasing the productivity of talent through the implementation of the talent management process.
• Responsible for attracting and selecting new talent for the team

About you

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in the distributive channel market (Independent Drugstores) or pharmacy chains
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy chains and retail business model with an emphasis on the OTC or Consumer portfolio.
  • Knowledge of the Colombian & Ecuadorian market

• Education: Professional in the commercial area, marketing, administration, or related fields, with specialization would be a plus
• Languages: English advance level
