Main responsibilities:

• Achieve established sales objectives.
• Responsible for designing plans according to the nature of the channels (Distributor Chains), ensuring not only the achievement of expected sales but also their financial viability
• Ensure the correct understanding of brand communication at the point of sale as a result of collaborative work between Brand, Shopper, Trade & Customers
• Ensure the design of brand account standards in pharmacy chains and retail according to formats
• Leverage constant information about the competition and its strategies carried out in this segment, achievements, displacements, to develop sales strategies
• Together with the strategic function of the commercial leader, create and ensure the implementation of action plans at each account level
• Responsible for providing monthly sales forecast along with Commercial Lead, Brand & Innovation team ensuring reflecting all changes related to the business, as well as reporting on opportunities and risks
• Ensure the competitiveness of the Trade M team by retaining, developing, and increasing talent productivity through talent management process implementation
• Responsible for attracting and selecting new team talents

About you

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in the distributive channel market (Independent Drugstores) or pharmacy chains
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy chains and retail business model with an emphasis on the OTC or Consumer portfolio.
  • Knowledge of the Ecuadorian market

• Education: Professional in the commercial area, marketing, administration, or related fields, with specialization would be a plus
