Your job,asProject Leader Strategic Project and Program Managementwithin our Transversal Project Management Groupteam,will be to lead strategic projects supporting Sanofi's growth (new launches, strategic dual sourcings), and simplification (portfolio re-shaping or divestments initiatives), ensuring full alignment with External Manufacturing and Supply, Manufacturing and Supply and Research and Development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for product launches and technology transfer dual sourcing at Contract Manufacturer Organizations (CMOs).

• Ensure key commercial deal terms readiness for launch/approval in collaboration with Procurement and External Manufacturing and Supply Operations, define budget and ensure adherence, provide and maintain proactive risk management and mitigation plans, and ensure lean governance and efficient accountability.

• Coordination with all stakeholders, including the Global Launch Leader, Research and Development and Global Supply Chain.

• Lead project management for Business Development and Merger and Acquistion projects related to Contract Manufacturing Organizations, conduct due diligence on manufacturing and supply activities, and provide risk assessments, business case assessments, and recommendations for mitigations, future sourcing, integration, contract management, and budget anticipation.

• Lead project management for portfolio divestment projects related to Contract Manufacturing Organizations, coordinating internal due diligence, providing risk assessments with mitigation plans, assessing business case impacts and defining contract management strategies with new buyers.

• Management and implementation of cross-functional teams, as well as continuously improving effectiveness of the Strategic Project Program Management tools and processes.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Bio/Pharma/Chemistry.

• Strong background in Project Management within biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience in Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions.

• Knowledgeable of End to End (E2E) product & industrial strategy, new product launches and project management.
