Main responsibilities:

• Support corporate communications related to the leadership team, institutional image, reputation, and business areas (both branded and unbranded).
• Assist in the creation, approval, and distribution of internal, external, and digital communication content.
• Manage digital projects for Sanofi Portugal’s website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify channels.
• Support the development of messaging, plans, and strategic communications.
• Organize and coordinate workshops, presentations, and internal events to promote initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and project delivery.
• Support internal processes and monitor results to ensure alignment with strategies.

About you 

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Be a current student or recent graduate in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, and be able to sign a university agreement to participate in the trainee program.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in corporate communications, public relations, or digital marketing.
• Have previous experience through internships or academic projects related to communication (preferred but not required).
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to change.
• Be familiar with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams) and have basic skills in graphic design and digital content editing.
• Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and innovative thinking.
• Have proficiency in Portuguese and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Advanced Spanish language skills will be considered a plus.
